Mav Notes

Travis Morin's 5 point weekend brought his season total to 9 points, which puts him in a 14-way tie for 22nd in scoring in the country.

Morin is also one of only a handful of other players in the country that has scored in every one of his team's games.

Mick Berge's 5 goals makes him tied for 17th in the country in goals scored, and 7th among WCHA players. Four of his goals have come on the powerplay, which is tied for third in the country.

Jon Kalinski and Travis Morin each have a shorthanded goal, and only five players in the country have scored more than one shortie.

Dan Tormey is 8th in the country in total minutes played.

The NHL Central Scouting Bureau released their list of "Players to Watch" for next summer's draft, and one Maverick made the list. Goalie Austin Lee was listed as a "B" goalie, meaning he's a potential candidate to be drafted after the third round of the draft. Lee was the only goalie to earn that distinction in the NAHL, and among the players listed, NTDP goalie Brad Phillips wsa the only goalie to earn an "A" rating, which signifies a potential top 3 round draft pick.
